What do you rent?
We rent Bouncy castles, Bubble House, Water slides, Popcorn machine, Chaffing dishes and accessories, Tables, Chairs, Tents, and more.
How do I book?
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes we do, we provide delivery and setup services to ensure your event is hassle-free and enjoyable.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours before get a full refund.
Are items safe and clean?
Certainly, every rental is meticulously cleaned and examined.
What happens if it rains?
If the weather deteriorates, there is no charge for cancellation as long as you notify us prior to loading our trucks. Depending on our workload, there are occasions when we need to load the night before. If you paid a deposit, that amount will be held as a rain check, eligible for credit within one year, in your name. Once we have set up, we must compensate our employees for their efforts, hence we require full payment regardless of usage.
Please note: Unless the weather is severe enough to endanger our equipment, we leave the choice to you since your location may not be impacted by weather conditions as much as others. Our primary safety concern is wind. When winds exceed approximately 25 km, jumps become unsafe notwithstanding our securing methods.
How long is the rental?
Rentals are good for 6 hours between the hours of 10am and 6pm – you get to pick your 6 hours in that time frame. Please note we are now offering “Overnight Rentals” and “Weekend Rentals” for customers that need it later then 6pm. We only do overnight rentals and weekend rentals if you have a fully enclosed or fully fenced backyard (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Does the rental time include your set up time?
No. We arrive early to set up so you get the entire rental time to play.
What payment types do you take?
E-Transfer or Cash. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.
What if we need to cancel?
All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation occurs from inclement weather conditions, a rain check will be given. Rain checks will expire 1 year from the time they are given. No refunds will be made after the equipment has been delivered.
Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Both yes and no. You are not liable for ordinary wear and tear on our units. Over time, seams may experience tears in areas with heavy foot traffic. If that occurs, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. However, if damage arises from failure to adhere to our safety guidelines or due to negligence (for instance, not turning off the blower in strong winds, moving equipment, or children taking in toys), you will be responsible for all damages, including the replacement of the unit/blower, which can amount to thousands of dollars. We want to prevent you or us from finding ourselves in such a situation, which is why we require you to sign and initial all of our safety regulations to ensure you can be the trained operator.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you’ve ordered or you may contact our office. We also provide a waiver before handing over the rental equipment which shows all the above information
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time and what kind of power source so I need?
Yes. The blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged, they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50´ of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords. We need a standard 15 amp outlet to plug our blowers into.
